Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Assist with dining room and event space setup prior to guest arrivalÂ
- Pass, serve, and display a variety of food items, including appetizers and plated dinnersÂ
- Deliver dishes from the kitchen to the banquet hall in a timely, organized mannerÂ
- Serve and refill alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beveragesÂ
- Set up and maintain Coffee & Tea Stations throughout the eventÂ
- Support post‑event breakdown, including cleaning, inventory, food storage, and tear‑down tasksÂ
- Maintain a clean, polished, and professional presentation at all timesÂ
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management to ensure accurate knowledge of menu items and event detailsÂ
- Understand and uphold banquet service standards, including fine‑dining service styles, setup, and breakdownÂ
- Read and articulate BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) to ensure flawless executionÂ
- Consistently maintain cleanliness and organization of the event spaceÂ
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shiftÂ
- Fast‑paced environment requiring agility and efficient movement across event spacesÂ
- Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilitiesÂ

QualificationsÂ
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a banquet or event server in a hotel, catering, or banquet settingÂ
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Â
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours)Â
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as neededÂ
- High energy and comfort working in a fast‑paced environmentÂ
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Â
