Position OverviewÂ
Hiroki‑San is seeking a Bartender who brings craft, confidence, and genuine hospitality to every shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, design-forward environment and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. You’ll execute a refined cocktail program with precision while bringing your own warmth and personality to the bar.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detailÂ
- Execute a curated cocktail menu featuring classic builds and seasonal offeringsÂ
- Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guestÂ
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout serviceÂ
- Collaborate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth, efficient operationsÂ
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operationsÂ
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standardsÂ
QualificationsÂ
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale bar or restaurantÂ
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cocktails, spirits, wine, and beerÂ
- Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming guest experienceÂ
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetÂ
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysÂ
