Position Title: Concrete Finisher

Hourly Pay: Negotiable, experience based

90-day Benchmark Bonus: Available to new hires, details will be given at initial interview

Job Summary We are looking for concrete finishers to join our team! As a finisher, you would be responsible for prepping, forming, and finishing various concrete hard surface types (walks, drive, curbs, ADA ramps, etc.) within the limits of cities and other municipalities.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Dig-out, grading, forming, and finishing concrete
Assist with other duties assigned by the coordinator and/or foreman
Operate hand-tools or power tools as needed
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations

Requirements

Three years of experience preferred, but not required
Valid driver license
Satisfactory driving record (MVR check will be conducted prior to hire)
Ability to lift 50 pounds, squat and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
Team player with a safety mindset
Willing to work overtime and weekends
