Qualifications

Experience in Construction Industry
Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
Valid drivers' license.
Understanding construction material procurement and transport.
Addressing daily logistics disruptions.
Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and project management software.
Bridging gaps between warehouse operations and project managers.
Proficient computer skills, excel and outlook a must
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong people skills.

Responsibilities

Running laborers for cleaning sites and temp facilities.
Deliveries
Managing rentals
Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock levels for construction materials to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinating the receiving of materials and dispatching them to project sites.
Safety & Compliance: Enforcing OSHA and company-specific health and safety regulations.
Team Leadership: Managing laborers, warehouse staff, including loaders, drivers, and inventory specialists.
Process Improvement: Analyzing data to streamline operations and improve, warehouse efficiency.
