Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Industry
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Valid drivers' license.
- Understanding construction material procurement and transport.
- Addressing daily logistics disruptions.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and project management software.
- Bridging gaps between warehouse operations and project managers.
- Proficient computer skills, excel and outlook a must
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills.
Responsibilities
- Running laborers for cleaning sites and temp facilities.
- Deliveries
- Managing rentals
- Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock levels for construction materials to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinating the receiving of materials and dispatching them to project sites.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing OSHA and company-specific health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Managing laborers, warehouse staff, including loaders, drivers, and inventory specialists.
- Process Improvement: Analyzing data to streamline operations and improve, warehouse efficiency.
