Factory Operator | Nox Metals | Detroit, MI

Nox Metals is a technology company in Detroit supplying aluminum plate, bar, and rounds to aerospace and defense manufacturers. We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.

We need operators to run our factory floor.

You will:

  • Operate industrial saws, CNC equipment, and material handling systems

  • Load, measure, and inspect aluminum stock

  • Run forklifts and overhead cranes

  • Follow cut lists and production schedules with precision

  • Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and safe

  • Learn new equipment and processes as we scale and automate

  • Maintain equipment

  • Come up with new ideas

  • Be a master of organization and cleanliness

You should be:

  • Comfortable working with your hands and operating heavy machinery

  • Detail oriented. You measure twice

  • Reliable. On time. Every day

  • Able to lift heavy material and work on your feet for full shifts

  • Willing to learn CNC programming and new technology as we grow

  • Low ego. You do whatever the day requires

  • Customer obsessed. Quality matters because real parts go to real factories

  • Not afraid to work outside normal hours when America demands it

  • The kind of person who never says "that's not my job"
