U Prep teachers use district resources in an efficient and responsible manner and participate in professional development.   Key Responsibilities   Actively participate in professional development opportunities and implements best practices acquired that focuses on instruction and high student achievement. Provide instruction that is culturally responsive and culturally sustaining.
