Summary
Seeking a heavy Industrial Electrician to support heavy industrial operations in a large-scale production environment. This role is responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical systems supporting facility operations. Ideal candidates bring strong 480V 3-phase motor control experience, industrial troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to work independently in a safety-driven setting.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Journeyman Electrician license or Electrical Certificationpreferred
4+ years of industrial electrician experience
Experience working with 480 VAC 3-phase motor control systems
Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial electrical systems
Experience with switchgear, motor starters, transformers, generators, relay logic, PLCs, and VFDs
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts
Experience diagnosing electrical malfunctions and system failures
PLC troubleshooting experience preferred

Responsibilities
Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency electrical maintenance
Install, maintain, and repair motors, generators, transformers, controls, switches, cables, and conduits
Test motor-controlled devices, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, and related components
Diagnose malfunctions, isolate root causes, dismantle and reassemble equipment as needed
Apply electrical theory to test and troubleshoot control equipment and circuitry
Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment to test and repair systems
Complete required reporting and documentation accurately
Communicate safety or production-impacting issues to management
Cross-train and support additional operational functions as needed
