We are seeking a full-time, experienced Janitorial Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized and have great attention to detail.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Keep buildings clean and in orderly condition
Cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, hallways, stairwells, lounges, washing glass and removing rubbish
Gather and empty trash
Steam clean and shampooing carpets
Snow Removal during winter months

Qualifications:

Must work well in a team environment
Problem solver with a high sense of urgency
Ability to work well without supervision
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional customer service skills
Safe and neat work habits
