Michigan LMFT | Full-Time Remote Counseling Position

Remote / Telehealth | Michigan
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual counseling to individuals, couples, and families throughout Michigan. You’ll help clients address relationship difficulties, family concerns, emotional stress, and life changes through structured, ongoing therapy.

This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to focus on clinical work from a fully remote setting.

Who We’re Looking For
  • Current Michigan LMFT license
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a qualifying related field
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Sound clinical judgment and strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage client care and documentation independently
  • Comfortable providing services through telehealth
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions based on client needs and goals
  • Support couples and families with communication, conflict, and relationship concerns
  • Help clients develop healthier coping and problem-solving strategies
  • Select appropriate therapeutic interventions for each case
  • Maintain clear, timely clinical records
  • Recognize concerns that require referrals or additional behavioral health services
  • Uphold privacy, ethical, and professional standards
  • 2 weeks PTO
