Position OverviewÂ
The Line Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for executing dishes with consistency, precision, and care. This role supports a smooth, efficient service by maintaining strong mise en place, following established recipes and techniques, and upholding the high standards that define our kitchens. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, disciplined, and passionate about producing thoughtful, well‑crafted food.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Execute menu items according to recipes, plating guides, and brand standardsÂ
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout serviceÂ
- Assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and ingredient managementÂ
- Communicate clearly with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flowÂ
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocolsÂ
- Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative kitchen cultureÂ
- Contribute to closing duties, cleaning tasks, and equipment careÂ
QualificationsÂ
- 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience preferredÂ
- Strong knife skills and understanding of fundamental cooking techniquesÂ
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environmentÂ
- High level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detailÂ
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindsetÂ
