Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Complete service requests: minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and miscellaneous repairs
• Maintain interior and exterior common areas
• Prepare apartments for move ins
• Complete emergency and preventative repairs to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Operate maintenance equipment (Including, but not limited to; saws, drills, power washers, paintbrushes, drywall, nail guns, hammers, screwdrivers, electrical tools/ devices, plumbing tools/ devices, cleaning equipment, rental equipment, lifts, ladders
