Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and submission of all certified payroll reports.
• Review payroll registers for accuracy prior to certified payroll submission.
• Complete WH-347 forms and electronic filing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Copeland Act requirements, and applicable state prevailing wage regulations.
• Maintain labor compliance reporting calendars and submission schedules.
• Manage certified payroll software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
• 3+ years professional experience
• Certified payroll experience preferred
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
