Job Summary

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs a variety of technical tasks to facilitate the use of nuclear medicine procedures for purposes of diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of medical disorders. 

Instructs and positions patients to obtain quality diagnostic images and processing of film.



1. Advanced certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or (NMTCB)or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
