What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Relations Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted resource for individuals and families by providing education, guidance, and outstanding customer service through virtual consultations.

Your Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online platforms

• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service

• Educate clients on available benefit programs and coverage options

• Help clients make informed decisions based on their individual needs

• Assist with applications and required documentation

• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications

• Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development
