THE JOB:
As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will play a key role in elevating the daily operations of the stewarding team across assigned outlets. This position calls for a dynamic hospitality-driven leader who thrives on building meaningful connections with both guests and team members. With a passion for excellence and attention to detail, you will help create unforgettable WOW moments—leaving guests with lasting memories that extend well beyond their stay.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist in the supervision of the stewarding staff to include training initiatives, hiring recommendations, coaching, performance feedback, and scheduling

• Make routine inspections of all equipment and kitchen areas to ensure that cleanliness and sanitary procedures are maintained

• Maintain the inventory and record keeping for all dinnerware, flatware, and glassware

• Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience
   

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Previous supervisory/management experience in the restaurant industry

• Two years’ experience working in stewarding at a hotel, casino, resort, or restaurant establishment

• Previous experience working in a banquet kitchen

• Takes pride in their work

• Confident in their decision-making process

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented

• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression

• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences

• Flexible to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
