ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Plan activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Design a daily and weekly lesson plan
- Provide basic care, handwashing, hygiene care, diapering, potty training, and toilet assistance
- Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider
- Strong understanding of child development
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- First aid/CPR certified
