THE JOB:
As a Massage Therapist, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:  30% Commission, plus pay hourly PTO

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations

• Follow all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies

• Ensure guests receive an exceptional level of service by delivering the latest and most effective massage techniques and modalities, including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, and other specialize body treatments per department protocols and the most up-to-date industry practices

• Proactively promote and sell a range of service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products by highlighting their benefits and tailoring recommendations to meet each guest's unique needs
   

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least one year of experience working as a massage therapist in a spa or salon setting

• Strong Customer service and guest care skills

• Must hold a valid license and certification to practice in the state of Michigan as a message therapist

• High School Diploma or GED required
