The Quality Assurance Specialist intern will audit various operational workflows to ensure they meet internal quality and regulatory standards. They will assist in identifying process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support implementation of corrective actions. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality compliance and contribute to process documentation and improvement initiatives.

About the role
  • Assist with routine quality assurance reviews and data accuracy checks across operational processes
  • Monitor and document Pathfinder process deviations or non-conformities, escalating issues when necessary
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality documentation
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with teams such as Client Experience, Servicing, Content/Training, Product, and Technology to gather feedback on quality issues
  • Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions related to quality incidents
  • Assist in preparing QA reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Support special projects related to process improvement, automation, or tool evaluation
