Open dates listed below:Schedule is Monday- Friday 7a-4:30pOPEN DATES5/19- 5/23 6/2 - 6/5 6/23-6/26 Clinic setting: Hospital18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per daySupport staff: 2 physicians 2 APPs all services onsite at hospitalOnsite labOnsite XRay EMR: CernerRates to submit:Hourly rate - Per hour worked 7a-5pOrientation rate - 1/2 the hourly rate for training/orientation/online modulesHolidays - 1.5xConversion rateExpenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between McLaren Health Care amp AHSA.Reverse Invoicing - Provider will use Kronos to clock in/out. No paper timesheets will be used. Flight car fuel mileage hotel is a 150 cap including taxesDo NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodging
