As the Team Leader, Project Management, you will be responsible for the career and skill development of a team of Project/Program Managers. You will work with team members to remove obstacles and ensure successful project and program delivery. You will coach, mentor, and teach project and program management excellence.

About you
Minimum Qualifications Â
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology or equivalent work experienceÂ
- 3Â years of project management experienceÂ
- 1 year of program management experienceÂ
- 1 year of technology product implementation experienceÂ
- 2 years of leadership experienceÂ
- Ability to set and manage partner and client expectationsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization, including executive leadershipÂ
- Tactful diplomat, problem solver, thinker and analyzerÂ
- Ability to understand and respond to the client and partner needs in rapidly changing business environmentsÂ
- Demonstrated ability to handle aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple workstreamsÂ
- Experience with planning, organizing and establishing priorities to achieve resultsÂ
- Ability to pivot to changing demands in a project or program environment that require re-planning and reorganizationÂ
- Proven experience with Microsoft Project or an equivalent project scheduling toolÂ
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteÂ

Preferred Qualifications Â
- Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency while thinking strategically and focusing on business growthÂ
- Proficiency in communicating and breaking down higher-level, complex business strategyÂ
- Project Management Professional certification, Program Management Professional certification or the equivalentÂ
- Agile and/or product development life cycle experienceÂ
- Experience with delivering a project or program with a high demand for frequent communication and acute attention to detailÂ
- Good understanding of industry practices for a project management office (PMO) or enterprise PMO and the ability to quickly assess team infrastructure and evaluate continuously for improvement opportunitiesÂ
