THE JOB:

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations

• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies

• Oversee daily operations within the spa and/or salon environment ensuring guest and employee satisfaction by providing services, products, and experiences of the highest caliber

• Ensure timely and professional resolution of any guest related challenges and/or concerns, communicate and implement company policies and objectives to employees, and maintain efficient staffing and supply levels needed to provide superior service and maximize all revenue opportunities

• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High school diploma or GED

• Two years of prior relevant experience

• One year of prior relevant spa, salon, or recreation environment experience preferred

• One year of prior relevant supervisory experience preferred
