Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Plumbers for projects located in the Detroit, MI area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:          

• Run pipes for water and gas systems
• Plan, install, and maintain piping systems in an industrial setting
• Review blueprints
• Install and maintain piping systems and related equipment
• Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading
• Assemble and welding pipe components
• Secure pipes to walls and fixtures using brackets, clamps, and welding equipment
• Use a variety of tools to modify pipes to specifications
• Ensure safe handling of systems conveying liquids and potentially hazardous materials

Requirements

• Must have welding experience
• Experience installing pipe systems according to specifications
• Prior plumbing experience
