About the role

  • Location: Dewitt, MI – On-site outpatient clinic
    Position Type: Full-Time (flexible PRN and Part-Time schedules also available)
    Start Date: Immediate Opening

What you'll do

  • As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy, you will:
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
  • Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs.
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.

Qualifications

  • Current Michigan Physical Therapist License – New Grads Welcome!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to continuous learning
  • Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, fall prevention, strength training
