The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for translating complex financial data intoÂ
actionable business insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.Â
This role partners closely with department leaders and finance leadership toÂ
drive accurate reporting, effective forecasting, and continuous cost optimization.Â

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
- Variance Analysis & Reporting: Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis, comparing actual results to budget and prior year, and deliver clear, insightful commentary on key revenue and expense drivers.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Play a key role in the annual operating budget and quarterly rolling forecast processes. Monitor performance against plan and identify risks and opportunities. Develop financial models to support long-range planning
- Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted finance partner to department heads, supporting P&L management, KPI tracking, and informed spending decisions.
- Savings & Efficiency Identification: Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements through detailed analysis of historical trends and cost drivers.
- Ad Hoc & Strategic Analysis: Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support new initiatives, capital investments, and executive decision-making.Â

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:Â
- Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle); familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; experience with Copilot or Adaptive Insights a plus.Â

- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
LICENCES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:Â
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, CMA, or similar credentials preferredÂ
  PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Â
- Ability to work in an office setting.Â
The salary range for this position is $86,000 to $115,000. The actual salary offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and the budgeted amount for the role.
