Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including, but not limited to, calendar management, meeting coordination, expense report entry, software platform entry, and internal and external event planning.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Track and organize pipeline updates, follow-ups, and deadlines to ensure timely responses and actions.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal team meetings, take notes and distribute action items timely and accurately.
  • Conduct market research and compile data to support business development efforts.
  • Support event planning, conferences, and trade shows, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support management of the office in collaboration with the Chief of Staff.
  • Research and list development.
  • Content and asset trafficking (approvals routing, managing execution process of deliverables, library management).
  • Website and social media engagement monitoring.
  • Assist with the preparation of client presentations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Track initiatives and deadlines across sales and marketing workstreams in Monday.com.
  • Follow up with stakeholders and provide leadership visibility into project status.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, sales coordination, or administrative roles (experience in IT or technology services a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise good judgment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
