Responsibilities

As a Certified Medicine Aide, you will:

  • Administer medications to residents accurately and safely under established guidelines
  • Document medication administration and report any changes or concerns promptly
  • Observe residents for side effects, adverse reactions, or changes in condition
  • Work closely with nurses and the care team to ensure high-quality resident care
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and medication administration protocols
  • Provide compassionate, respectful care while supporting residents’ daily needs
  • Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Communicate clearly with residents and team members

Qualifications

Status: FT, PT or PRN

Shift: Day, Evening, Night

✅ Must have an active Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) certification with the Maryland Board of Nursing
