Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellowship Year

AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Columbia, Maryland for the 2026–2027 school year.

$66,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

About the Opportunity

This onsite opportunity will support students in a Pre-K through 5th grade setting with a variety of communication needs. The role includes a blended caseload with students presenting with articulation disorders, language delays, Autism, and other communication challenges.

This is a full-time, in-person position for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details

  • Location: Columbia, Maryland
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week
  • Caseload: Approximately 35–40 students
  • Population: Pre-K through 5th grade

What Your CF Year Will Look Like

As a school-based Clinical Fellow, you will:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Support students with articulation, language, Autism, and other communication needs
  • Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Build confidence managing a school-based caseload with ongoing mentorship and support
  • Learn how to navigate service delivery, documentation, and collaboration within a school setting

This opportunity utilizes a weighted caseload model designed to help balance workloads and account for students who require additional support through service minutes, meetings, and case complexity.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Upcoming graduate or recent graduate eligible for Clinical Fellowship
  • Eligible for Maryland SLP licensure through the Maryland Department of Health
  • Passion for working with pediatric and school-age populations
  • Interest in school-based practice and collaborative team environments
