Direct Support Professional

Creed Medical is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and foster community integration. You will work closely with individuals and their families to implement personalized care plans and ensure a safe, supportive environment. • Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and other daily living activities.
• Support clients in developing life skills and participating in community activities.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals.
• Communicate effectively with team members, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
