About the Role

We are hiring a reliable and detail‑oriented Fleet & Inventory Specialist to support our vehicle fleet and inventory operations. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, fleet coordination, maintenance tracking, or purchasing. You’ll play a vital role in keeping vehicles operational, parts inventory accurate, and records up to date.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and manage parts and equipment inventory for company vehicles and tools
  • Perform inventory audits and ensure accurate tracking and documentation
  • Assist with fleet vehicle transfers, assignments, and internal records
  • Support vehicle maintenance and repair scheduling to minimize downtime
  • Track inventory usage, reorder points, and discrepancies
  • Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and inventory databases
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding inventory availability and vehicle status
  • Organize inventory storage areas and ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory management, purchasing, warehouse operations, or fleet support preferred
  • Understanding of inventory control principles and data accuracy best practices
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, reporting)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to lift and move heavy parts or supplies, as required
