Competitive Pay

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

✅ Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Responsibilities

❤️ Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care to residents
️ Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
Observe residents for changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition and report concerns promptly to nursing staff
Document care provided accurately and in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Deliver hands‑on support under the direction of the Director of Nursing and licensed nursing staff
️ Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Promote dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life for every resident

Qualifications

Status: FT, PT or PRN

Shift: Day, Evening, Night

License: Active Maryland CNA I license-(formally known as a Maryland GNA)

Our facility offers a full range of services, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy, and is home to the only Korean nursing unit in Howard County.
