STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is the in-house engineering business line of Structural Group.

We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Technician for the warehouse located in Columbia, MD.  As a Manufacturing Technician for TSTRATA, you will be accountable for product manufacturing, packaging, and shipping support.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Set-up and operation of production equipment
  • Maintain accurate production logs of finished goods
  • Inspection of raw materials for defects and required traceability
  • Quality control testing of finished products
  • Packaging and labeling of finished products
  • Collaborate with engineering and management to improve production rates and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of equipment
  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, pallet wrappers, etc.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • All other duties as assigned

Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Understanding and experience with machinery, assembly tools, and basic troubleshooting
  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, shop, plant environment preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Up to 10% travel may be required for this position
