Job DetailsJob Location: MD, Columbia - Columbia Regional Office - Columbia, MD 21045Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: High School Diploma/GEDJob Shift: DayJob Category: Administrative & ClericalPay rate:  $20.86/hour - $29/hour depending on years of experience Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.  We are currently seeking a full-time Statewide Secretary to join our Regional Office team in Columbia, Maryland.  The Statewide Secretary position is a FT position (M-F, regular business hours).  This person is responsible for managing calls, databases, messages for the statewide program activities that involve all facilities and statewide staff and/or regional office personnel.  They complete administrative and clerical tasks to assist the statewide clinical teams.   Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Good communication and organization skills, professional phone manners Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required Working knowledge of spreadsheets and data based programs preferred Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an office setting answering phones, performing administrative & operational support,  employee engagement & communications and billing experience preferred. Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
