Job DetailsJob Location: GA, Morgan - Calhoun State Prison - Morgan, GA 39866Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: Bachelor's DegreeJob Shift: DayJob Category: Leadership Centurion Health, a leading provider of healthcare services for the Georgia Department of Corrections, is seeking an experienced Full-Time Health Services Administrator (HSA) to oversee healthcare operations at Calhoun State Prison in Morgan, Georgia. Salary: $107,000 per year This leadership position is responsible for directing the daily operations of the facility's healthcare program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining compliance with Centurion policies, Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements.    QualificationsResponsibilities Provide operational leadership for all on-site healthcare services, including medical, dental, and behavioral health. Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, and quality patient care. Supervise healthcare staff and collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain appropriate staffing levels. Manage departmental budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field required. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Nursing (MSN), or a related field preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive healthcare management or healthcare operations leadership experience. Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams and daily healthcare operations. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement, budgeting, staffing, and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and Microsoft Office applications.
