As an All-Processes Operator – Level 1, you'll be part of a skilled production team responsible for building cable and wire harness assemblies from start to finish. From wire preparation, routing, termination, and connector installation to final assembly and inspection, you'll play a direct role in creating products that support some of the world's most demanding aerospace and defense applications. No prior experience is required-we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, work with their hands, and take pride in producing high-quality work.

We're looking for dependable team players who are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to following controlled processes and safety standards. In this role, you'll interpret drawings and work instructions, use specialized assembly tools, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with leads, inspectors, and engineers to ensure every product meets AS9100, IPC/WHMA-A-620, customer, and internal quality requirements.
