Build What Matters as an All Processes Operator Level 2

Step into a role where your craftsmanship and technical skill take center stage. As an All Processes Operator Level 2, you'll assemble complex cable and wire harnesses across multiple product families, moving between production cells to support shifting priorities and urgent builds. You'll perform advanced routing, forming, termination, splicing, connector installation, and configuration‑controlled assembly-always guided by drawings, wiring diagrams, and controlled work instructions. With SI&A and QID delegations, you'll inspect your own work and the work of others, ensuring every assembly meets AS9100, IPC/WHMA‑A‑620, customer, and internal quality standards. This is hands‑on, detail‑driven production work where accuracy, consistency, and pride in workmanship define success.

A Role for Skilled Builders Who Love Precision & Variety

You'll collaborate closely with inspectors, engineers, and fellow operators to keep production flowing smoothly while maintaining documentation accuracy, traceability, and compliance. Your ability to adapt quickly, interpret complex drawings, manage time effectively, and uphold strict quality requirements makes you a key contributor to our manufacturing excellence. From supporting takt‑time goals to suggesting process improvements, you'll help strengthen workflow and reduce waste across the factory. If you enjoy mastering new harness types, working with precision tools, and producing flawless assemblies in a fast‑paced environment, this role gives you the opportunity to grow your skills and make an impact.
