About the Role

The Bidding Engineer Technician plays a critical role in developing accurate, competitive, and timely proposals by managing Request for Quotes (RFQs) from review through submission. Working closely with Proposal Coordinators, Program Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams, this position analyzes technical requirements, prepares Bills of Materials (BOMs), estimates labor and material costs, and identifies sourcing solutions to support successful bids. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and communicates effectively with both internal teams and customers to ensure quote accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience, with three to five years in a manufacturing environment preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to analyze complex technical requirements, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver accurate, timely proposals that support company growth and customer success.
