About the Role

The Bidding Engineer Technician plays a critical role in developing accurate, competitive, and timely proposals by managing Request for Quotes (RFQs) from review through submission. Working closely with Proposal Coordinators, Program Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams, this position analyzes technical requirements, prepares Bills of Materials (BOMs), estimates labor and material costs, and identifies sourcing solutions to support successful bids. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and communicates effectively with both internal teams and customers to ensure quote accuracy and completeness.
