We're looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our Reconstruction Team. If you enjoy variety, take pride in your craftsmanship, and want opportunities to grow, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Perform finish and general carpentry tasks on restoration projects.
- Install trim, doors, cabinets, countertops, insulation, and wall paneling.
- Read work orders and blueprints.
- Complete punch-list items and ensure high-quality finishes.
- Maintain a clean, safe job site.
- Assist with framing, flooring, drywall, windows, and other reconstruction tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, approximately 42–46 hours per week.
- Hours: 6:30am (occasionally) or 7:30am (typically) to 5:00pm.
- Occasional travel and overnight stays (hotel and per diem provided).
- Rotating after-hours on-call schedule once trained.
