CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, part of CommonSpirit Heath, a national nonprofit health system based in Englewood, Colorado. The faith-based system operates in 18 states and includes 103 hospitals. Additional services offered within the system are: long-term care, assisted and residential living communities, community health services organizations, home health agencies, and numerous outpatient facilities.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) Lead, you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.

  • Direct Patient Care in the clinic setting (via phone or in person)
  • Monitor and assure efficient workflow within designated work areas
  • Assist Manager/Leadership with clinical staffing plans within designated areas
  • Facilitate training and/or orientation of clinical staff members, as assigned
  • Assist Manager/Leadership with staff performance. May include annual evaluation and improvement planning
  • Demonstrate ability to use customer service skills to positively impact the experience of care for our patients, external customers and internal service partners

We are offering a $10,000 Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Registered Nurse licensed by the state of North Dakota
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart of Association (AHA)
