Join Our Team as a Process Engineering Technician

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys improving manufacturing processes and supporting production teams? We are seeking a Process Engineering Technician to provide guidance and technical support within our manufacturing environment. In this role, you will interpret customer specifications and drawings, develop and update work instructions, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, support quality initiatives, and collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams. You will also play a key role in process improvement efforts, Lean manufacturing activities, employee training, and ensuring products are built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications & What We're Looking For

Candidates should have two years of technical education or equivalent work experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities. Successful applicants will be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, capable of interpreting technical drawings and specifications, and comfortable working directly with production personnel to develop and improve manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, accountability, critical thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement while being able to move throughout the production floor, lift up to 30 pounds, and support production operations as needed.
