Opportunity Overview: Senior Manufacturing Leader

The Senior Manufacturing Leader role is a high‑impact leadership position responsible for guiding a team of Manufacturing Leaders and ensuring disciplined, predictable, and compliant production performance. This role oversees cross‑functional alignment across Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Program Management, and other supporting capacities to maintain operational excellence and uphold AS9100D clause‑level requirements. With elevated decision‑making authority, the SRML drives daily workflow coordination, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and culture building-reinforcing KMM's Constancy of Purpose and a strong, quality‑driven environment.

Leadership, Development, and Quality Ownership

This position plays a central role in developing leaders, elevating team capability, and ensuring disciplined adherence to controlled processes, configuration control, and QMS principles. The SRML coaches Manufacturing Leaders and Team Leads, drives structured continuous improvement initiatives, oversees contract and process compliance, and ensures audit readiness through strong documentation, traceability, and quality standards. With responsibility for training coordination, conflict resolution, workload balancing, and strategic alignment, the SRML builds an inspiring team environment grounded in accountability, communication, and intrinsic motivation.
