Planning Assistant

The Planning Assistant supports the Contracts and Planning team by preparing, verifying, and organizing production paperwork; assembling totes for manufacturing; and ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with customer, regulatory, and KMM requirements. In this role, you'll work closely with Planners, the Planning Team Lead, Contract Administrators, and production personnel to maintain schedule adherence, configuration integrity, and smooth data flow from customer to production. You'll be hands‑on with job releases in Dynamics, scanning and archiving records, verifying engineering documents, and keeping production moving with precision and consistency.
