We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a hospital-employed primary care practice in Dillon, South Carolina. This position is 100% outpatient with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating phone call only (1:10), supporting an excellent work–life balance.

The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Perform routine wellness visits, screenings, and preventive care
  • Coordinate care with specialists and hospital services
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
