Agency Driver (Administrative Support)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Agency Driver to support our administrative team with daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring staff can efficiently complete their responsibilities by providing safe, timely transportation and assisting with routine errands and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for administrative staff to and from various locations
• Assist with daily errands, including document drop-offs, supply pick-ups, and other operational needs
• Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs while maintaining a flexible and responsive schedule
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional driving environment for all passengers
• Support staff in completing assigned tasks during travel when appropriate
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols

Travel Requirements
The driver may be required to travel to the following areas: Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Goochland, Hopewell, Petersburg, Richmond, Colonial Heights, Emporia, Prince George, Powhatan, New Kent, and Henrico. Travel distances may extend up to 60 miles.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (regular business hours)

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of local and surrounding areas
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize safety and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with rideshare or professional driving services
