Job DetailsJob Location: Dixon Correctional Center - Dixon, IL 61021Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: High School Diploma/GEDJob Shift: EveningJob Category: Nursing Professional & SupportFull Time, Evening Shift, $35/hour  Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Dixon Correctional Center in Dixon, Illinois. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs. Hourly pay rate: $35/hour Work Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Schedule Rotation: 4-week cycle with alternating weekends Week 1: Work: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Off: Monday, Saturday Week 2: Work: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday Off: Sunday, Friday Week 3: (same as Week 1) Work: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Off: Monday, Saturday Week 4: (same as Week 2) Work: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday Off: Sunday, Friday Qualifications•   High school diploma or GED equivalent required •   Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required •   Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) •   Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
