Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic inpatient environment. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, 2+ years of Med-Surg experience, and Relief Charge Nurse experience.
New graduates will not be considered.

Shift: 12-Hour Days or Nights
Schedule: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Pay:$37.75–$54.63/hour
Sign-On Bonus:$20,000 with 2-year commitment
Relocation Assistance: Available
Weekend: Typically every other weekend | No regular on-call
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, patient-centered Med-Surg nursing care.
Assess patients and monitor clinical/telemetry changes.
Administer medications and treatments; document care accurately.
Collaborate with the care team and educate patients/families.
Provide relief charge support and coordinate unit priorities.
Patient Population
Care for a diverse range of medical conditions, including NSTEMI, COPD, pneumonia, sepsis, AKI, and other complex medical-surgical cases.

Requirements
- Current RN license
- 2+ years of professional nursing experience
- Medical-Surgical experience required
- Relief Charge Nurse experience required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- BLS certification required
