What will you do?
Oversee the manufacturing engineering and maintenance functions within a plant environment. Ensure that all engineering and maintenance activities align with operational goals and standards, particularly within medium/small-sized plants.

Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize plant efficiency and equipment reliability.
Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed safely and effectively.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineering teams to integrate maintenance activities with production schedules.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs and improvements.
Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring compliance with financial and operational objectives.
Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance skills and performance.
Implement best practices in maintenance management and engineering to improve overall plant operations.
Compliance with quality and EHS audits
Search and management of maintenance policies
Resource optimization
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Reduction of downtime
Fulfillment of KPIs: MTTR and MTBF
What are we looking for?
A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in maintenance management or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of maintenance processes and engineering principles.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and engineering tools relevant to plant operations.
