Position Overview: The Shift Supervisor position is designed to provide direct care services but with added authority in the absence of the cottage supervisor. The Shift Supervisor also ensures that the direct care staff adheres to individualized plans for each resident and is also an expert within the team to model and support the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM). The Shift Supervisor shows dedication and willingness to work alongside the ITM supporting and carrying out the functions of the model to best serve the population. The Shift Supervisor is expected to have a nonjudgmental approach that focuses on skill building and basic principles of behavior (reinforcement, extinction, blocking and shaping). The Shift Supervisor is required to function as part of a team, committing to modeling pro social behavior and building positive relationships with all residents. 

Position Overview: Minimum High School diploma or general equivalency required and at least (2) years of supervisory experience in a setting that works with at-risk youths or a college degree and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience working with at-risk youths preferred. Ability to manage and promote a therapeutic environment, taking into account the varying clinical needs of each youth. Possession of a valid Driver’s License. Must possess exceptional time management and attention to detail skills.
