At Mountain Valley Hospice, what we do is personal, for the patients and families we serve, and for those of us who choose this work. Our inpatient hospice homes are places of comfort, dignity, and compassion during some of life’s most important moments.

We are seeking a Team Desk Secretary to support our clinical team at the Woltz Hospice Home on weekends.

This role is essential to keeping the unit running smoothly, supporting communication, organization, and the overall experience for patients, families, and visitors.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and families
  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
  • Support the clinical team with administrative tasks and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling, supply tracking, and general office support
  • Help ensure a calm, organized, and welcoming environment


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous healthcare administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional, calm, and compassionate presence
  • Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members
