Description

****Average hourly rate is $18.84 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****

Supports staff in the Family Preservation Program to enhance child and family well-being through resource coordination and direct family support.

Provide daily support to families and connect them with essential community resources.
Collaborate with case managers and therapists to meet family goals.
Coach families on parenting, budgeting, and life skills through hands-on support.
Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports as required.
Transport clients as needed and provide emergency support.

Education: High School diploma/GED required.
Experience: 2+ years in family-based services.
Skills: Effective communication, teamwork, and basic technology proficiency.
