At Wood Violet Recovery, our overnight team provides a safe, supportive environment for adults receiving residential treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. As a 3rd Shift Behavioral Health Technician, you'll play an important role in helping clients feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout the night.

Schedule:
Currently hiring for:

• 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am
  Some weekend and holiday availability is required.

What You'll Do
As an Overnight Behavioral Health Technician, you'll help ensure our clients remain safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night while preparing the facility for the day ahead.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the facility and conducting routine client safety and wellness checks.
• Maintaining a calm, therapeutic environment during overnight hours.
• Responding appropriately to client needs, emergencies, and crisis situations.
  Documenting observations, safety checks, and client interactions accurately and timely.
• Completing light housekeeping and organizational tasks to prepare the facility for the morning shift.
• Assisting with early morning client routines as needed.
• Providing transportation for approved appointments when necessary.
• Collaborating with nursing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Supporting clients with professionalism, empathy, dignity, and respect.

What We're Looking For
We want team members who are dependable, observant, compassionate, and comfortable working independently while remaining part of a collaborative care team.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred:

• Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, healthcare, social services, customer service, or related fields.
